After a kill in wintertide I got the following message:

This attack drained 0 Magic Points from them. Her armor soaked 3 points of damage. An eerie monument of shining black stone rises to the ground to commemmorate your victory and serve you beyond death! You gain 12 XP. This was enough to kill them! You gain an additional 30 Experience Points! (2025-12-22 18:25:24)
but no Stele was spawned. They have been spawning in previous sessions though, I'll try to nail down the variables
