Grisly Reaping not working at Forgotten Cemetery

erikune has recently picked up Grisly Reaping, to help out with alchemy research and creation. While on the regular cemetery tiles in (4,3) Purgatorio to (6,3) Purgatorio, the skill operates as expected. There is a "Grave Reap" button which appears and gives one of three components for 2AP. The "Corpse Reap" button also appears when there is a corpse on the ground.

Big thank you to everyone who killed me there to verify this fact, I'm sure that you were all purely science-motivated.

When I am not standing on a Cemetery tile, neither the Grave Reap nor the Corpse Reap button show up.

However, if erikune flies over to the Forgotten Cemetery in (9, 25) Purgatorio, the skill doesn't work. "Grave Reap" does appear as a button again, but trying to use it gives the message There are no graves here for you to harvest! I still have the option to harvest Handful of Grave Dirt for 6AP, which was available even before getting the skill. As a quick test, I was able to summon a skeleton at that location, just unable to reap the graves.
