Too few CP spent

Im trying to buy Forceful punishment and i get this error message

yet im fairly sure ive spent the necessary cp at least according to this

Including t2 spells but not t3 spells, I count 245 total CP spent in T1 and T2... so 5 cp short?
included
70 mortal
120 shepherd
55 t2 spells

not included
30 t3 spells

The counts shown there aren't always consistent, particularly when spells are in the mix.

I had the same issue that happened in an odd seeming way. I bought back a tier 3 ability and was unable to buy a different tier 3 ability due to not having enough CP spent, even though I apparently had enough spent before buying that ability in the first place.
Eventually I figured it was caused by detect magic becoming a thing everyone has leaving things 10cp short. Could be your issue too?

you know thinking about it i believe your right crap does this mean I need to buy back the last spell I bought just to fix this?

It looks like you can solve it by just buying a different 10CP skill to replace the refunded Sense Magic. That seems to be the problem here - you no longer have Sense Magic and so have less than 250 spent in T1/T2 skills.

Looks like this has been addressed. Search refund probably introduced a lot of the same issues.
