No clue what caused the loss of MP. I did not pay attention while bashing the ward. *
It is at the very least a buggy message but I think it is a bug because checking all the skills I did activate should not be 1 mp 'cost' per AP.
There was no active ward of sapping. Unless inside of course but that should not count?
(*= obviously trying to get in asap before someone inside noticed and thwarted my noble and righteous cause. )

Yeah it looks like the Holy Radiance bug. With HR you are actually losing more than just 1 point. I can confirm a 3 point MP loss per attack like in Sharky's thread.
