Can't learn T3 spells

The game reports I have only spent T1/T2 240 CP but I have spent 250.

A cause for this has been identified and will be in the next patch.

Iron John Mainstay - Free Anchor Pirate turned Privateer
Laeitia Maitland - Grand Aberloch mech pilot, stranded and none too pleased about it
Erduhr-Khazai - Dragon of Tlacolotl, pillager of planes
