Skill: Cloak of Earthen Vengeance

The current Aspect of the Lion is not very good, so I propose this as a replacement for HtH Holy Chumps.

- +1 damage with Impact and Piercing attacks
- May switch Cloak of Vengeance to Fiery form at no cost. When active, gains Rock Punch and Stalactite Spike.
- When active, deals +1 damage and +5% accuracy with innate and spell attacks, plus an additional +1 damage and +5% accuracy for each slain angel avenged.

Rock Punch Stats:
Damage: 11 Impact
Accuracy: -20% (Considered a Heavy Weapon)

Stalactite Spike Stats:
Damage: 6 Piercing
Accuracy: +15% (Considered a Light Weapon)

(What about the usual Vengeance Cloak AoE? Well, those need a rework, but that can be covered in a different topic)
