Had Transcend Spellgem active and two Shadow Wrap gems with 1 charge left in each.
Triggered one assuming it wouldn't get eaten, but it's gone.
Shadow Wrap not learned on this character, unsure if that is a factor of Transcend making charges free or if it's a bug.

Looking at the code it should prevent this but I've added an extra check anyway.
