DO scribe pact debt not decreasing on death

A lot of the scribe pacts I've given out don't tick down, so characters who've used a pact a couple of times, and died many times, still say 'Uses 4/2 Demands'.

They all add up to 6. This is consistent with characters respawning in Stygia long after their demands are supposed to be up, assuming one demand per death.

I saw some conversation about this in the Discord, but don't know what the upshot was. Our lich is feeling a bit Faust'd.

The wiki didn't get into the terminology of demands, but a demand is (as documented there) the payment for one pact use.

This means it's not one respawn, but six. This is intended.
