Exalted Harbinger Judging Self

If you have Harbinger of Judgement and commit an evil act, you will get the "Judging" status effect against yourself as well as a notification that you sense someone (you) doing something evil, causing unnecessary clutter.

Amusing, but bug. There's a fix in the next patch.
