Gunsmith ammo conversion still doesn't work

Noting this for bugfixing - the interface for this doesn't appear, even on a master gunsmith.
Katerina Hasheen - Champion of a better Hashaa
Iron John Mainstay - Free Anchor Pirate turned Privateer
Laeitia Maitland - Grand Aberloch mech pilot, stranded and none too pleased about it
Erduhr-Khazai - Dragon of Tlacolotl, pillager of planes
