Other: Separate Morality Payments and Morality Losses

Morality "payments", such as from Shepherd's Sanctify Spell or Paladin's Lay on Hands, shouldn't trigger Exalted Harbringer's evil-sense (or whatever you call it), or other such things.

Perhaps the most backend focused suggestion in here.
