Interface: Sort Inventory Again

In late Breath 4 the inventory was sorted by type, e.g. weapons at the top, ammo, mundane, gems, clothes, writing tools.
This appears to have been one of the features dropped in the change to B5.
Likewise, drop-down menus such as "give item" were sorted in the same order.
Please bring this back.

This was an incredibly useful feature. Having everything jumbled together is just frustrating.

The only reason this hasn't happened already is we haven't dug into how to rebuild this in b5 code. Removing this was not intentional and devs want it back. Promote.
