Scuttling Strongholds when taking flags

How about an option to scuttle enemy SH ship / burn down their SH building when taking their flag.

• Take flag, 1 AP
• Take flag and scuttle ship, 10 AP and uses White Phosphorus Grenade
• Take flag and burn down the building, 10 AP and uses Fuel Can + Matches

Gives use for those items, like Matches have no purpose at all as far as I know

Ships would go underwater, everyone still inside would automatically appear outside on the water, ship would stay underwater and drift like the ship type usually drifts and pops back up after 24 hours.

Buildings on fire would make everyone go outside, and make impossible for houses to be entered before the fire is out. Maybe introduce Fire Extinguisher item that allows people to fight fires (would give MFD something to do too).

What do you mean, properly fighting fires instead of fighting firestarters?
I think this could be fun, if griefy.
