When a shipborne stronghold is destroyed an emergency anchor is dropped that holds the ship in place / reduces drift to X% for ~12 hours.
Reason: As the first shipborne faction successfully raided(?),it was honestly a bit nerve-wracking recapping and then flying towards our ships last known location with only a handful of AP just hoping it would be there.
