Rename Psychic Bloodhound panel

This one. It should be labeled Psychometry, since that's the skill that unlocks it now. Bloodhound does something else.

Perhaps it should be renamed to the "Recent Infusions" panel, since that's what it does with both skills.

This was fixed in a recent small update.
Katerina Hasheen - Champion of a better Hashaa
Iron John Mainstay - Free Anchor Pirate turned Privateer
Laeitia Maitland - Grand Aberloch mech pilot, stranded and none too pleased about it
Erduhr-Khazai - Dragon of Tlacolotl, pillager of planes
