Swarm of Locusts has 100% defense

What are the odds of two wights with 60% attack using all their AP on a pet with a supposedly 15% defense chance and not hitting once? Somewhere in the billions?
I stopped them before they despawned, but it was still a good 40+ or so attacks missed at what should be 45% chance. I call bullshit on that. Not the first time either, had the exact same experience with a will-o-wisp. Despawned without hitting once.
This is happening in the Arena shard, if it's relevant.

This looks like a bug that has been around for a while now. Thank you for reporting it, I confirmed the bug and corrected the bug in test and production so this should be resolved in the live game at this time.
