Skills: Clockwork Blade Damage vs Structures

Give Clockwork Blade double damage vs structures (doors, fortifications, and barricades). Especially important as constructing barricades and forts can be easily be 15 HP/AP, whereas Clockwork Blade does 8 damage and Seraph no longer has Strong/Elite/Infinite Attack to increase damage vs structures.
