This is more of a Suggestion, this is always how the skill was intended to work. The argument could be made that it should work differently.

I guess either it should not allow overspending or give you hp sight, right now it's just annoying to use if you actually want to heal people efficiently rather than become a vehicle for grinds and infusion nonsense
