Factional enemies aren't highlighted in red

As in title.
Allies and teammates still get their proper purple/green colors, though.

Thanks for the report! Enemy was missing the coloring data the link should be solid black in color and hostile should be red, this is fixed up on dev server and queued for the next update. Factional politics coloring will be similar to the chart on the wiki, but those colors are from B4 and before when we had a different color scheme. We are however open to changing them to colors that might work better here in B5, so suggestions are welcome.
