Holy Champion's Divine Resolve is not giving search bonus to others

I've noticed the Divine Resolve from various Holy Champions that have Cloak of Ineffable Mystery is not giving me the search bonus at night as if it was daytime. The search rate still drops 10% at night while under Divine Resolve.

There's a pending fix to this for the next patch.
Katerina Hasheen - Champion of a better Hashaa
Iron John Mainstay - Free Anchor Pirate turned Privateer
Laeitia Maitland - Grand Aberloch mech pilot, stranded and none too pleased about it
Erduhr-Khazai - Dragon of Tlacolotl, pillager of planes
