Transporter to Carousel Station not visible
As per Discord, my alt could not see the transporter (or the Portals pane at all) to the Carousel Station until he exited the Visitor Center, moved to the teleporter next door, opened the Portals pane, and re-entered the Visitor Center. See screenshots.
