Explosive murdered due to Circus Carnivorous, walking around with 0 hp.

Went and exploded with the Circus Carnivorous effect, went to a white screen instead of death screen, refreshed and was dead and alive even more than usual for a revenant. 0hp, buffs are removed, but I was still able to kill an imp and try to hide.

Edit: Walked by on another character and I am definitely standing around still.

I couldn't reproduce this.
