Skill: Bad interaction between rage strike and child of tlalcotl

If I use rage strike while also having child of tlalcotl, it goes from being a permanent effect to having a number of status ticks.

My impression is that it doesn't become a permanent effect again until I die.

This was fixed a while ago.
