Guy Bourgeois found himself inside his SH with a wounded ally and 0 MP. The "Heal Actions" section was hidden. One AP tick later he had 1 MP and the "Heal Actions" section was revealed, allowing him to Lay on Hands his ally for 1 hp.

Good catch, this shouldn't be checking for MP at all.

It'll be fixed in the next patch.
