Bone trinkets - Destroy all trinkets button, and remove them from footlockers of other people who idle

Bone trinkets that are in the footlockers of other characters who idle out should also be removed to avoid locking out the lich from making their limited bone trinkets.

Additionally, a "Destroy all bone trinkets" button for liches would be useful for any other edge cases, ie:
- A lich's bone trinkets get dropped on the ground, then picked up by an enemy that hides them all in their faction safe for the rest of the breath
- A lich putting their bone trinkets in their own faction safe, and someone else joins the faction, gets safe access, and leaves with all their bone trinkets and puts them in the safe of another faction for the rest of the breath.
