Skill: Bloodlust not permanent

I've lost bloodlust again, and now I can't get it back by doing rage strikes or using blood ice.

I believe killing someone triggered this sorry state of affairs, but I wasn't paying close attention.

This is proving really elusive and hard to pin down, so I've coded a thing on the 15-minute AP tick that checks the whole world for anyone with Child of Tlacolotl who doesn't have Bloodlust and tacks it on if it's missing. It'll be in the next patch.
