So, I flew and landed on a square that has barricades on all four sides.
I clicked the button that says "Remove 15 HP of Barricades (2 AP)" and selected "North". I got the message "You lack the skill to build functional barricades!"
The bug is that I am not building barricades, I am trying to take them down.

the bug-bug is prol that you get the ui option to direct-remove barricades without structural

There's a pending change that will resolve this.
