Buyback: Spell Affinity damage does not decrease

When unlearning a spell, the character's spell affinity bonus to damage does not decrease.

My advocate currently has a +7 spell affinity damage bonus.

I noticed this bug when successfully unlearning "The Hundred Lashes", then learning Aether Blade, which is a variant spell of "The Hundred Lashes".
This appears to have also occurred earlier in the character's log, when unlearning "Claw of the Lion", then learning the variant spell, "Vampiric Touch."

The character's soak is correctly +3 from affinity, and Aura Duration appears to be correct (20 ticks with 6/6).
