Relatedly: Offensive Power appears to be giving me both +1 damage and +5% to hit with the same average saber.

This is a bug, and will be fixed in the next patch.

This is a wiki documentation gap; looking at our design documents it was always intended to be +1/+5%. I've updated the wiki.

That's fantastic. The Offensive Power also shows up in the log though, if you weren't aware there's a gap there.
