Soft Strike missing +5% to hit

According to the wiki:

Soft Strike: deals Fist damage +3, and has a +5% to hit,
Cobra Strike: deals Fist damage +5 and has a -10% to hit.

Right now my base fist hits for 85% and Cobra Strike hits for 75%, so Cobra strike is right.
But Soft Strike hits for 85% too (just like fists), when it should be 90% I believe?
