Zombies From Kills Cannot Be Rejuved

Reported in RRF discord: Zombies raised from zombie kills cannot be rejuvenated, including via passive rejuvenation.
Looks like the code didn't account for spawn cost being something tracked via the database instead of hardcoded values now.
This will be fixed in the next patch.
