Flame bolt missing from weapons

Axura knows flame bolt but it neither appears in the weapons drop down nor in the weapons pane. It’s possible I learned this spell from a spellgem that was turned off but I’m not 100% sure

… I looked again and now it’s there. I think the bug may actually be:
Learned spells don’t appear in the weapons pane when you don’t have enough mp to cast them

you do not have spells in your dropdowns when you don't have the mp to use them ye, s'how it's always been
pane maybe springboards off of that so has a weird byproduct effect there
