ID 13177 again.
"Marker (3-use)", a Magic Marker I have, does not show its "Drop" and "All" buttons.
It still shows up on the menu to give away to someone else, but I didn't test that so as to not lose the item
Magic Marker (3-use) is not droppable, but can be given away

all (magical) items cannot be dropped for various reasons
