As per recent patch I've attempted to transmute gems on my two Shepherds with Alchemy but despite being in Alchemy enabled locations the option doesn't include them.
Also unlike my Sorc entries, spellgems do not have the indicator of being a component when in inventory list.

Code that will fix this has been tested on devserver and will be part of the next patch.
