There was a blown calculation somewhere in here, I'm sure. But maybe Elwin Ransom does hit hard enough to gain four levels in under 40 AP. I report, you decide:

At first I did not notice because she had a mere 20 xp to go for a next level but when I decided to purchase a new skill I saw she had levelled several times.
