Failing to make True Sight via recombine

On character ID 392 today:
First attempt was combining Water Breathing and Unholy. Second attempt was combining Water Breathing and Fire. Location was inside Fenris Battalion Hangar (66, 49 Tempest Straits, a Battle Harness Hangar, Neighborhood: Silver Isle Bastion).
On both occasions the AP/MP was spent, 10 XP was granted but no potion appeared in my inventory (free space was available). Red text appeared at top of main pane - You cannot generate this item via alchemy!- You call upon your alchemical knowledge and your magical energy as you carefully recombine the two potions. After some effort, you distill them down to a single Potion of True Sight. You have gained 10 XP. (2025-11-05 16:09:12).
