Removing power from multiple tile structures might affect ships

This is me on the 12,25 tile, which I believe is two-tiled structure along with 11,25. The following is immediately after I removed the power on 12,25:
It's affecting the ship on adjacent tile for some reason. I wanted to test it again but was on low AP and also the someone cut the neighborhood power.

The ship displaying the lightbulb is also a bug, right? Ships aren't meant to have that?

No clue. I wonder if it's related to the power bug?

This might be a visual bug as the ship's location description, both inside and outside, indicate the lights are on.

There is what should be a pending fix for this; ships aren't supposed to show the lightbulb at all and instead are supposed to have their own visual system for displaying power.
