DO Pacts not vanishing

My IB had an expired Soul Vampire pact. All it's charges had been used, and the 666 min buff it gave had worn off. The pact remained in my inventory and did not vanish. It was still taking up a pact slot for my DO. The only option we had was for her to revoke the pact which cost 16ap.
