Tier 2 respawn skills not currently providing AP reduction

Possibly a consequence of the outer planes being turned off, but despite the button showing the reduced AP cost, you get charged the full amount. Hellspawn does provide me a boon though.

The button appears and displays the discount, but clicking the button fails unless you have the un-discounted amount of AP, and it also charges the un-discounted amount.
So for example, in that case, if you had 5 AP clicking "Hellspawn Respawn" would tell you that you don't have enough AP. If you had 6 AP, it would succeed and you would respawn with 0 AP.

Can also confirm not actually getting the discount for transcention respawns, though it is giving the potion buff.
