Unbroken Bond triggers without weapons

Flagging this for near-future bugsmacking attention. Unbroken Bond should only happen as a result if the character has a breakable weapon in their inventory.

Addressed this on devserver - the issue was that the code was checking if you had any degradable item in inventory, without care for whether that item was a weapon.

This will be fixed in the next patch.
