Passive Gem Charging Not Applying MP Discount

Randalf just noticed Passive Gem Charging isn't using his Arcane Affinity discount.
Confirmed that that's what it took from his MP reserves. Started at 79 MP, or max. Triggered a protection glyph, costing 2 MP. Regenerated 2 MP at the tick, going back to full. It automatically recharged the gem, dropping down to 59 MP.
It should be 15 MP.- You trace the mystic symbols into the air, then feel a warm rush as the magic of the Glyph spreads outwards. The Glyph of Protection vs Evil now protects the area. (2025-05-09 00:29:51).
- You automatically spend 20 MP to add a charge to your Glyph of Protection vs Evil spellgem. (2025-05-09 00:30:09).
