Barricades blocking diagonal movement when they're on the other side

It seems that my character is being blocked by some lamppost when trying to move diagonally onto the library tile when the barricades are set up on opposite side. (I was able to walk onto the tile from the west side.

I can't get pyroshroom's link to load for some reason, but Sunset Shimmer had the same problem today (trying to move SW to the cathedral):

I just had a character try to move SE, but was barred by barricades.
The tile south of her had a barricade on its west border.
The tile southeast of her had a barricade on its south border.
The tile east of her had no barricades.
Not sure if this is related to OP's bug, but it's close enough that I figured I'd mention it here.
