Fallen Endgame- Grail Sense not appearing in certain neighborhoods

When a Fallen eligible to get the Unholy Grail is on the same plane as a Fallen holding the Grail, a message is added to their description pane informing them of this fact. However, there are a few Cordillera neighborhoods where it doesn't appear- namely Lake Panacea and some of the Universities in the Belmont area.

I'm not in a position to investigate for sure at this time, but I should note that I'm pretty sure I see how this happened.

A recent patch should have solved this.
