I failed to respawn after being killed by a wraith

I died but when I try to respawn, it simply buffers until eventually it times out and I revive error 504. I was unable to revive until someone magically revived me with hand of fate

Cause of death doesn't matter for respawn, faction and class and sometimes skill choice do.
I was able to replicate this bug - respawn troubles happened for mortals in factions with standing Cordillera strongholds, but not any other circumstances - nonmortals, nonfactioned and non-Cordillera factions did not experience the bug.
I'm busy for the next while but will investigate this as I can.

There's now a fix for this hotpatched to the game. Thanks for bringing it to our attention!
