Mark of the Wendigo - nonfunctional

I can't get this ability to function on char ID 2054. I have yet to see a +12 hours notification when standing outside a SH with my marked target inside. Can the dev team confirm /deny it is busted? If it's knackered I'll request a CP refund.

It is very broken and was always broken mebbe. /not on the dev team but just trust me bro.

Yes, it's broken but a fix has been identified. It'll be in the next patch.
