Upper item rename limit isn't announced

Flagging this for later. The name length bounds are 3-32 characters but the interface doesn't tell you, nor does the error message when you exceed the upper limit.
Katerina Hasheen - Champion of a better Hashaa
Iron John Mainstay - Free Anchor Pirate turned Privateer
Laeitia Maitland - Grand Aberloch mech pilot, stranded and none too pleased about it
Erduhr-Khazai - Dragon of Tlacolotl, pillager of planes
