Divine Investiture Soak stacking with armor

From what I read in the Wiki

This Soak does not stack with any form of Armor except Divine Armor.

Coron only has a set of Average Light Body Armor and the skill is enhancing their soak:

SOAKS
Impact: 4 Fire: 2
Piercing: 6 Cold: 2
Slashing: 4 Electric: 2
Holy: 2 Death: 2
Unholy: 2 Acid: 2
Arcane: 2
