[Invigoration] not granting MP on tick

[Invigoration] not granting MP on tick

Below is an image before and after the tick. Chango only gained 1 mp, but [Invigoration] still ticked down.

It looks like the issue here is that Invigoration applies on status ticks (your actions) but not AP ticks, even though AP ticks run a status tick.

Oh interesting, I thought it was busted like Regeneration was previously. So this functions as intended, then?

Per Discord discussion, this has been updated to include AP ticks for the next patch.
