Soul Ice not appearing in inventory

The faction floor is littered with Soul Ice. On picking up an Ice my total Inventory weight accumulates by 1 as expected. However the Ice does not display in the Inventory (see screenshot, should have at least 2 Ice (3 now since I tried again to be sure)). Obviously no option to Drop said Ice.
Of note is that the Character Settings page does list Soul Ice in the drop down for 'Reject Item in Searches'. The Ice is there but not visible on the main screen.
Update: Also checked the 'Place in Safe/Footlocker' options and the Ice is not listed as an option that can be placed via either dropdown.
