Happened first shortly after latest patch became live, other alts were fine, went back to bed (I had Ice Dart pact active at this point).
This morning it seemed to be gone (dark pact status wore off), but I activated an Ice dart pact and it happens again, can't log in or do anything on that character. Pact issuer is https://nexusclash.com/clash.php?op=character&id=13897 might be relevant since I have another alt using a different pact (DH) from a different DO and it's not having this problem.
Might also be the Ice Dart itself. Read something very passingly this morning about spells being bugged?

My liege revoked my pact but still can't log in lmao

My liege tried writing me a new Ice Dart pact but the spell isn't showing in her list. She clearly has the spell in her list of learned spells so that's funky.
